The baby log for every hour of the day

Every feed, nap and change, logged in a tap.

Baby Tracker keeps your baby’s day in one place, so whoever is holding the baby at 3am can log it with one hand and see what happened before.

What you can log

Four tiles cover most of the day.

The things you log most sit on Home, one tap each, in the order you choose. Everything else is a step away.

Feed

Breast, bottle or solids. A running timer, and a reminder of which side is next.

How it works

How a day comes together.

01

Log it the moment it happens

Tap a tile, or type or say it in plain words. Each entry is saved on the phone first, with a few seconds to undo.

Inside the app

Designed for 3am first.

Night is the default theme: warm, dim surfaces and big targets for a one-handed tap over the crib. A day theme is there when the sun is up.

Home · dayQuick log, on-duty caregiver, today so far
Home · nightA running feed timer, side by side
TimelineEvery entry, and who logged it

Night theme

Dark by default, because most logging happens at night.

One hand

Every tap target is at least 48 px, and main actions sit within thumb reach.

No signal needed

Entries save on the phone first and sync when a connection is back.

Shared care

Two people, one picture.

Invite a partner, a grandparent or a nanny. Everyone sees the same log, and nobody has to ask “when did she last eat?”

  • A live on-duty shift, and a handover when you swap
  • Roles for family and caregivers, with access that can end on its own
  • An activity feed of every log, edit and deletion, by name

Why keep a record

A clear record, when it matters.

For tired days

Newborn days blur together. A written log answers “when was the last feed?” without guesswork.

For appointments

Reports can build themselves the day before a visit, so the week’s feeds, sleep and growth are ready to share.

Never a diagnosis

Baby Tracker records and summarizes. It doesn’t diagnose, and anything it flags points you to your pediatrician.

Baby Tracker is a record-keeping app. It is not medical advice and does not replace your baby’s doctor.

Start tonight’s log.

Download Baby Tracker, add your baby, and the next feed is one tap away.
